What Is Shipping Insurance?

To enhance your shopping experience, we offer an optional Shipping Insurance service for each order. By selecting this option before checkout, a small fee (3% of your cart subtotal) is added to your order to provide additional protection during transit.


What’s Covered

Shipping insurance covers the following scenarios:

  • Lost packages in transit (e.g. tracking shows "delivered" but the customer did not receive it);

  • Damaged products during transit (e.g. items arrived broken, bent, or otherwise unusable due to shipping issues);


Compensation

If your claim is verified, we will provide:

  • One-time free replacement shipment of the affected product(s), at no extra cost;

  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent replacement or full refund.


What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

Shipping insurance does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer;

  • Packages stolen after delivery is marked complete by the carrier;

  • Orders that are refused or unclaimed by the customer and returned to sender;

  • Orders that did not include shipping insurance at checkout;


How to File a Claim

To file a claim for a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 15 days of the shipping date, and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number or shipping confirmation screenshot

  • Photos of damaged products (if applicable)
