**Sharkroad®, Inc.

Limited Lifetime Warranty**

This Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Sharkroad®, Inc. (“Sharkroad”) for Sharkroad-branded products sold on or after January 1, 2025(each, a “Product,” and collectively, the “Products”). This Warranty does not apply to:
(i) any Sharkroad-branded products sold prior to January 1, 2025, and
(ii) any non-Sharkroad branded products sold by Sharkroad at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharkroad disclaims all warranties for non-Sharkroad branded products.

Subject to the limitations set forth herein, Sharkroad warrants to the original retail purchaser that its Products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. A “defect” is defined as an imperfection that impairs the intended use of the Product.

Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, intentional damage, or negligence;

  • Alteration or accident;

  • Vandalism, rust, natural disasters (“acts of nature”);

  • Scratching, scuffing, or other cosmetic damage from normal use;

  • Installation on commercial or racing vehicles;

  • Vehicles with superchargers, turbochargers, nitrous oxide, or wrapped in external heat insulation;

  • Use outside the originally intended purpose;

  • Use in conjunction with aftermarket or OEM parts not expressly authorized in writing by Sharkroad.

Sound and performance characteristics vary by vehicle and are not covered.
Minor flaws or inclusions in coatings are standard in exhaust finishes and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
“Blueing” or discoloration, caused by improper tuning, cam timing, engine timing, jetting, idling, or overheating, is also excluded from Warranty coverage.

Products sold as discontinued, used, or blemished are explicitly excluded from this Warranty.

Warranty Remedies

If a Product is deemed defective, Sharkroad may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective Product (or part), or

  • Refund the purchase price paid.

If only a part is defective, Sharkroad may choose to replace only that part. If the defective Product has been discontinued, Sharkroad reserves the right to offer a credit equal to the original retail price toward the purchase of another Product.

By purchasing the Product, the buyer agrees to the terms of this Warranty and acknowledges it replaces all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed shall be limited to one year from the date of retail purchase.

This Warranty is the purchaser’s exclusive remedy. Sharkroad expressly disclaims liability for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Severability & Assumption of Risk

If any provision of this Warranty is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

To the extent permitted by law, Sharkroad excludes liability for incidental or consequential damages.

While Sharkroad strives to ensure maximum product safety, injury risks cannot be entirely eliminated. Users assume all risk of injury arising from use of the Product. All Products are sold under this condition, and no representative of Sharkroad other than its President may modify or waive this policy.

Transfer & Geographic Limitations

This Warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser;

  • Is non-transferable;

  • Applies only to Products sold in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

Products sold outside these countries are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and all legal proceedings shall be filed in San Leandro Court, California.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, first contact Sharkroad Technical Support to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#):

Be sure to include:

  1. A copy of the original dated sales receipt (or other proof of purchase acceptable to Sharkroad);

  2. The RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package;

  3. Prepaid shipping charges. Sharkroad is not responsible for damage incurred during transit.

Issue Outside Warranty?

If your issue falls outside the Warranty or you no longer have proof of purchase, contact us anyway via phone or through our Contact Us page. We are often willing to work with you.

Low Price Guarantee

Sharkroad.com will match or beat any advertised price for Sharkroad-branded products (excluding select special items such as Figurati-branded dipsticks).

Details:

  • Valid at time of sale;

  • Applies to major online retailers such as Amazon.com and eBay.com;

  • If we lower the price during the return/exchange period (14 days), we’ll honor the lower price upon request.

Limitations:
Price match excludes financing, bundle deals, coupons, limited quantity items, out-of-stock, clearance, refurbished/used, holiday promotions (Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday), and special event sales.
